THE STORY A story of legends started in 1802 with prince Bashir Shihab 2 and his Secretary General Mostapha Darkazali having placed their hands on a tremendous land nestled in the mountains of Chouf and Beit Eddine, the origin of Lebanese history. Ghorayeb ancestors brought the land from Darkzali. Rafic Bazerji, the owner of Bouyouti who had inherited this land and turned it into a home of thousands of visitors from around the globe. The journey of a thousand steps started in 2009 with four houses and a chapel in the memory of Gabriel and Hugette, Rafic’s parents. Roula the lady of the house has a daughter, Rawan and two sons Rami and Rawi. Who had significant touches that turned the houses into a home. Bouyouti kept developing till today where we reached 20 houses, two pools and a SPA located in princes Saada area the daughter of The Mir Bachir Chehab 2 . For Bouyouti to be the pioneer hosts of the first guesthouses launched in Lebanon. Our aim is to provide a peaceful retreat to be in for a weekend or a night in a cozy and spacious environment.
Here, young or old couples relish the crispness of the mountains and do not mind the peace and romance offered by the beautiful scenery.
